Booking, Deposit & Cancellations

1. Quote. Send the form; we reply within one business day with a fixed price and a date.

2. Deposit. A 50% deposit confirms your date. The balance is due when your files and links are delivered.

3. Before the day. We send the pre-scan prep guide and a reminder 48 hours ahead.

Rescheduling. Free with 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit moves to the new date.

Cancellations. More than 48 hours ahead: your deposit is refunded. Inside 48 hours, or if the space isn’t ready when we arrive: the deposit is kept as a credit toward a new date within 90 days.

Weather. Exteriors and drone work move to the next clear day at no charge.

Based in Toluca Lake, we cover a 25-mile radius in LA County: Burbank, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Universal City, Hollywood and the rest of Los Angeles.

Outside the local radius: +$75 up to 50 miles, +$150 up to 100 miles.
