Terms of Service

Last updated: August 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SONO XR website at sonoxr.media, the SONO XR showcase platform, and our concierge and custom production services (together, the "Services"). SONO XR is operated by MBB 3D Media LLC, Los Angeles, California ("SONO XR," "we," "us"). By using the Services, requesting a build, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

01The Services

SONO XR turns captured spatial media (Matterport twins, Gaussian splats, drone footage, 360° panoramas, photography, floor plans, and video) into branded, interactive web showcases. The Services currently include:

The self-serve platform is in early access / prototype. Features labeled "roadmap," "coming soon," or similar are not yet available and may change or be withdrawn.

02Orders, Proposals & Early Access

Showcase plans may be purchased through our checkout or by invoice. Custom experiences are governed first by their written proposal or statement of work; where a proposal conflicts with these Terms, the proposal controls. Early-access signups do not guarantee access, pricing, or launch dates.

05Your Content

You retain all rights to the media and materials you provide ("Client Content"). You grant us a license to host, process, adapt, and display Client Content as needed to build and operate your showcases. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you provide — including property imagery, branding, music, and any personal data appearing in your media — and for the accuracy of listing information shown in your showcases.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless your proposal or written request specifies otherwise.

06Our Platform

The SONO XR software, templates, designs, and technology remain our property. Purchasing a showcase or plan gives you a license to use the delivered showcase for your business purposes during the applicable service period — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform. White-label options control the visible branding of your showcase, not ownership of the software.

07Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; misrepresent property facts; attempt to breach or probe our systems; or resell the platform itself without a written agreement.

08Availability & Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is." During early access we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee business outcomes such as sales, leases, or bookings.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate Services for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination of hosting, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you an export of your Client Content on request within 30 days.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is Los Angeles County, California.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
