Walk through your space from anywhere
We scan on-site with a Matterport Pro3 (professional-grade LiDAR), from a single home to multi-day campus projects. Our pre-scan prep guide gets your space camera-ready, and once it’s processed, your space is a fully navigable digital twin a buyer can explore from any device.
Existing conditions, captured in 3D
We scan buildings and campuses with the Matterport Pro3, a LiDAR scanner, to record existing conditions in one navigable 3D model. From that scan we order Matterport’s CAD and BIM files (see Spatial Production below). The Pro3’s published accuracy is ±20 mm at 10 m.

Files your CAD and BIM team can open
From your Pro3 scan we order Matterport’s CAD and BIM files: DWG and PDF floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and a Revit model, delivered as Matterport makes them, plus the E57 point cloud.
Floor plans people can explore
We turn the plans from your scan, or the plans you already have, into an interactive 3D floor plan that buyers, guests and teams can turn, zoom and explore room by room, on any phone or screen. It lives on your site or inside your SonoXR Showcase.
The motion and story a still can never carry
Highlight reels and cinematic videos of your space, edited for your website, listings and social, in the formats each one needs.
Arrive from the sky
A cinematic flight over and around your property, from the approach to the front door, with your titles and location callouts. It opens your SonoXR Showcase and works on its own for social.
Show where it is, and what’s around it
An animated 3D map that flies to your property and points out what matters nearby: the neighborhood, landmarks, parking and the way in. It runs inside your SonoXR Showcase and works as a video for your site and social.
Every building and amenity on one map
A 3D map of your property or campus with every building and amenity clickable, each a tap away from its photos, virtual tour or details. Made for guests, buyers, students and visitors, and shown in your SonoXR Showcase.
A cinematic opening, shaped around your space

A structured guided journey through your SonoXR Showcase with professional narration, captions, sound and timed highlights, scripted from the information you approve. Avatar-guided tours are in development.
